Well, to be fair, it probably isn't going to be the cheapest service you'll find, but the owner is no nonsense, if that's what you're into. The work was scheduled and done the same day, and done well. I thought the price quoted was a bit high, but it was the price I agreed to, and the price I paid, not the case with other services I've used (Mr. Rooter), so my fault if I didn't want to spend the day calling around to find out that noone could do it until tomorrow or next week but I'd save 10% and have to take another cold shower. If I could give 4 1/2 stars I might.

Greg did an awesome job, I have used their services 2 times in the past few months, he repaired a broken pipe under my kitchen sink on a Saturday and was at my house within an hour !
Then just the past weekend my hot water tank bit the dust, he came out on a Saturday reviewed everything that was needed and returned Sunday installed a new hot water tank and had it up in running in a few hours, I will definitely use the service again.
Affordable, fast, friendly and funny and very knowledgeable !
