Harmony Family Chiropractic

This wasn't my first experience with Harmony Family Chiropractor and Dr. Vactor. I did something to my lower back a little over a month ago and could not tie my own shoes or even sit without unbearable pain in my hip and thigh. After 3 weeks of dealing with it, I was convinced it was not going to get better on it's own. I also knew if I went to my PCP, they would have sent me to get an MRI which would have led me to a surgeon. I wanted to avoid this at all costs so I took the chiropractic route first. After two weeks of treatment, I am feeling considerably better. I can tie my shoes! I was a little skeptical based on how much pain I was in, but glad I made the choice to see Dr. Vactor.

The staff is super pleasant, they are great at moving you along so you're in and out.

This was my first experience with chiropractic care, but I was immediately impressed with Dr. Vactor.  His clinical knowledge is outstanding and he is also compassionate and caring. I was having really sharp stabbing pains in my shoulder blade, as well as other pains in my arm. It was so bad that I could barely move my arm. I also had tingling in that arm. I knew the tingling had to be from a pinched nerve somewhere. I made an appointment here, and I'm so thankful that I did! While I was not pain free after my first visit (He's not God, after all.), my pain level was much lower, and I could use my arm easier. It turns out that the pinched nerve in my neck was what was causing all my pain. My neck wasn't even bothering me at the time. I highly recommend this practice to anyone experiencing pain. I've been to other chiropractors before, but none compare to Dr. Vactor!
