I have a long medical history. I see many specialist and doctors. I have never received so much professionalism from a Dr. Shaw and his manager Beth. Very on point with everything ! I couldn’t walk or hardly breath when I had my first appointment with Dr. Shaw. I had been to 3 different ERs 10 different times and admitted to two local hospitals for about a week each. After numerous scans and blood test they found nothing . Told me I had bad anxiety and prescribed me Prozac and Xanax. Also added 2 more blood pressure pills to my already 4 daily. I was so sick and weak, it was strange they acted like it was just anxiety. God willing I found Dr. Shaw. I gave him a rundown of my current symptoms. severe anxiety and shortness of breath, weakness, dizziness, confusion, constant brain fog, lightheadedness, brain zaps, head tension, and severe vertigo. Once or twice daily I would get random rushes of adrenaline throughout my body. My resting heart rate was always 95-125. My Bp was ranging from 130/95-175/120. I was constantly uncomfortable and in FLGHT mode. Dr Shaw knew all the right questions to ask . He ordered blood work and found what he suspected. Through a customized diet plan, natural supplements and vitamins I started to notice a difference in 2 weeks, functional in about 4 weeks. Back to 100 percent in 12 weeks unrealistic! I was able to remove all 6 of my blood pressure pills ! 4 of them I had been on for 7 years!!! Now my blood pressure is constantly 110/70 and pulse is between 50-60bpm!!.I was unable to breath or walk for 3 months before I met him and thought I was for sure dying! I can’t thank him enough! Thanks Dr Shaw and Beth for everything you do! Also being down 70lbs is pretty nice too! Thank you for giving me my life back and helping me understand the importance of simply watching what I put in my mouth!

A big thank you to Dr. Shaw and functional medicine for helping bring my mom back to her spunky self. It was only 6 months ago we started consulting with Dr. Shaw about her tremors, balance issues, and several neurological symptoms including hallucinations and memory loss. I highly recommend Dr Shaw! After having my daughter three years ago, I started developing several new allergies, to the point that I was breaking out into hives regularly. I talked with several traditional doctors and allergists, who all recommended I go on immune suppressions to stop the reactions instead of trying to understand why my allergies were getting worse.
Within three months of seeing Dr. Shaw, my reactions have decreased significantly and I have more energy and mental clarity than I have had in YEARS. I was so skeptical starting this process with him, but it's truly amazing what he can do if you trust him and follow his plan.

I was extremely hesitant to try him out since all my traditional medical doctors had failed me, but after my experience I would highly recommend him.

If I could give more than 5/5, I would! Dr. Shaw helped me with my stomach problems, after having ulcers and taking horrible acid reducing medication. I went to multiple GI and PCP doctors, but none took my symptoms seriously and said I needed to take the medication. Dr. Shaw helped me understand what caused my stomach issues in the first place, and helped get my stomach, hormones, and mental health back on track. His advice on nutrition plans and supplements were tailored just for me, but having someone who was truly empathetic was the biggest benefit. He truly cared about understanding my specific situation and helping me. Beth and Bebe are also delights, making the office comfortable and easy to order any supplements! Would definitely recommend going to Dr. Shaw's office for any health help!
