Although Seven Fields is not my regular vet, they saw my cat in a timely fashion today when I found her unresponsive and were able to end her suffering. They were quick and compassionate and wonderful. I think I found a new vet!
I totally love this Veterinarian and staff. From my initial phone conversation with Caroline, the nurses (sorry I don't remember your name) and Dr. Morgan. The customer service was phenomenal. This is the first time I used this Veterinarian. I had to put my Morkie, Oliver down. He was 16 years old. From the top to the bottom, they are were compassionate and explained everything in detail.
As tough as this was for me and my Fiance, the staff handled everything gracefully.
When I get a new dog, I most definitely be using Seven Fields Veterinarian Hospital.
We’ve been taking our dog to seven fields since we got her 7 years ago. We’ve moved farther away since the initial visit but continue to keep this as our regular vet. The care, love, and service we receive is unmatched. Our dog has been dealing with epilepsy since we rescued her and Seven Fields is always so responsive/helpful. There’s been numerous times I’ve called in a panic about something and they’ve provided advice over the phone/noted if it was worth a visit or not. I recommend them to everyone!
This is by far the best Veterinary Hospital in the area. The entire staff from Vet Techs to Doctors is top notch. They show tremendous compassion for your pets. I always recommend them from simple check ups to more complex cases. I won't take my dog anywhere else. They are the best!!
Saying goodbye to a dog you’ve had and loved for over a decade is never easy. Thanks to the staff at this hospital, our last moments with our dog were very special and much less painful. This was our first time seeing this vet, because the vet we’ve been seeing for years is closed this week and we couldn’t wait any longer. Both my parents and I were allowed to stay with our dog until the very end, and Dr. Lancia and another employee, Caroline, were extremely patient and compassionate. We were given a foam impression of our dog’s paw print to take home, which was a really sweet gesture. We’ve had and lost many dogs over the years, and this was the best experience we’ve had saying goodbye. We are so grateful!
