“I have been coming in for awhile now for treatment of an ulcer on the bottom of my left foot. I have commented in the past on the employees in your group and again I have to say that all of them Are exceptional. They seem to work very well together the front staff are Extremely pleasant and great to work with, I have never seen anyone in a bad mood you should be proud of them all they know their jobs and do it well. I had not heard from the visiting nurse yet and today was day five so I called the office to check not sure who I spoke with but she got it straightened out. About a half hour later Kate called me back to tell me that there had been a problem and asked if I could come in and said she would be happy to change the dressing I was there at 1:30 and on my way home at 10 minutes to 2 I only know Kate and Blake by name and they are both great and so are the other girls if you could take a moment and thank them for their kindness and help that they have shown me I Would appreciate it”
