When I went into Highland, I was not just coming in to get two case of Busch for myself for the day, but rather I was getting a fulfilling experience that will always remind me of the charisma and character of smaller businesses (although it is a growing business). Shane and Andrew (Drew) are professional but very approachable and causal (without coming off as flippant). I know when I’m happy, I can go to Highland. When I’m sad, I know I can go to Highland.
