(August 28, 2018, 8:19 pm)We had an amazing trip on the upper gorge. The booking and check-in process was smooth and easy. Make sure you listen to the river guides simple directions. The day was incredible and scenic. It was a great intro to white water rafting. Can't wait to try their NY location.
(August 27, 2018, 3:23 pm)It was our first time whitewater rafting and we were a party of 5. The guides did an awesome job explaining what to expect and how to navigate the raft. The trip exceeded our expectations! We had a spectacular day! Will definitely check out their Hudson River rafting next!
(August 20, 2018, 6:06 pm)I have been rafting on the Lehigh for almost 15 years and have used most of the outfitters organizing trips on the river. In my opinion Whitewater Challengers is the best. They have a great facility and an attentive and helpful staff.
Yesterday on went on an inflatable kayak trip with them. The trip was AMAZING! While rafting with a group can be a lot of fun if you have a group of 6 or more, if you are just one or two people, especially with experience, it can be annoying being in a raft with people not as serious about whitewater. The individual or tandem kayaks are the perfect answer. You are still in a group, but you have complete control of your own kayak and you can get the most of the whitewater. Our guides, Ricky, Oakley and Katherine were great, Ricky even took us "surfing" where we could hang on a wave. The river was great with all the rain and the dam release.
I also wanted to add a special thank you to Rachel for facilitating the weekend.
Wish I could make another trip this year but I can't wait for next year.
(July 29, 2018, 11:41 am)Yesterday was my first rafting experience, and I think we picked the best day possible since the rapids were Class 5 due to all the rainfall this week! First off, Brandon was our guide and he was AWESOME!!!! Having someone extremely knowledgeable and fun-loving made the experience everything I hoped it would be. I am pretty sure our raft was laughing and joking for the entire time and I didn’t want it to end. 5 Stars, 10/10 for the BEST RAFTING TRIP EVER! (And I’m not just saying that because was my only rafting trip ever). But seriously, can I go back tomorrow?
