    So clean, brand new building. They do amazing work, always friendly, service department is amazing. Love this place.

    This is not the first BMW Heath helped me get into and it won’t be the last. Heath and everyone at Otto’s always give me a VIP experience whenever I come in for a sale or for service. Heath’s knowledge and experience really shows and he is sure to get you into your best fit.

    Nice place, friendly staff. Didn't have what I was looking for so didn't purchase but that's because I'm a purist and wanted manual. Overall they do have a good selection.

    It is a customer friendly and organized place. Lobby area is really comfortable to wait. Last week, I had rear break work, 3 factory recalls and battery changing in their service. I am really satisfied and impressed. My service adviser Fred was really friendly and helpful. Today, after a week my service work, I visited the place again for SOS warning light, we thought it might be electrical related issue since we replaced new battery, but they found a piece of rock on my rear wheel which hit my speed sensor, that was the reason I received SOS warning, they did reset the error and tested again, nothing went wrong and it got fixed, so they didn't charge any labor fee on my second visit and I got loyal customer discount. Many thanks to Fred.

    Scott did a tremendous job throughout the entire experience. We've purchased many cars and this was by far, the most professional, easy, comfortable and hassle-free experience we've ever had. Scott is very personable, patient and extremely knowledgeable regarding BMWs. We appreciate his hassle-free, straightforward, and relaxed approach. We got an amazing deal and we love the car.
