Receptionist is very friendly including PT persons, as well as the patients who I’ve encounter by far in the past month. I would recommend this location because everyone is friendly and smiling. What better way to recover than with positive energy.
As soon as I walked in, Debbie greeted me with a warm and sincere welcome. Within minutes, Cynthia, my PT took me back. I went in with a pinched nerve, and barely able to walk. Cynthia performed traction and guided me through exercises that had me moving so much better within days. I highly recommend the team at Novacare!
My Physical Therapist, Cynthia Lewis did a wonderful job. She was extremely knowledgeable as she explained in layman's terms what was going on with my neck and shoulder. I have shown marked improvement and am able to perform tasks I was having trouble with before going to PT. Cindy released me with several exercises to perform at home - everything is starting to improve, so I would definitely recommend NovaCare to anyone needing therapy.
I have used their services several times over the past 5 years, most recently this Spring. The staff is very knowledgeable & pleasant. Each time I have had great success getting back to normal from my injuries with their excellent help. They also provide clear & complete exercises to continue at home both during the time attending PT therapy sessions & for after. Would highly recommend them to anyone need PT.
In the past 5 years I have been to several differently owned PT facilities for various therapies. Nova Care is by far one of the best. Professional, friendly staff. Very clean and organized. Bright and pleasant environment. Cynthia Lewis PT is very obviously devoted to her profession and provides great care, education and guidance. I am also impressed by the support and care from the entire staff.
