I was a division 1 athlete- I’ve worked out with the best and have been worked out by the best- Shamira, CK, Kareef, Jon, Brandon, Ty- you cannot go wrong here. We’ve been going there for about 4 months now, and I’m in better shape at 35 than I was at 25. And most importantly my wife loves it here too :)

(August 21, 2017, 9:43 pm)Great classes, good variety, full body work outs. Strongest I've been in years. Has carried over to my run as well. Owner is extremely friendly and always willing to offer a free trial class. Highly recommend.
(July 1, 2017, 8:58 am)Weighted/Body Weight circuit and various personal and group classes that will have you drenched in success and achieving your goals. After your first class, you'll be addicted and, motivated to come back. I personally high recommend it.
