East Bradford Dental

I called this placed as a new patient and I was so surprised how welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful the person on the line was for me. I was given 2 timely spaced out reminders for my appointments which helped with my busy schedule. I was a little late to my appointment, but Cynthia gave me a warm welcome when I walked through the door. My hygienist, Jackie, and Dr. Steven were professional, welcoming, and caring. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to switch Dental practice.

This was my first visit after switching from another dentist. I was very happy with my experience. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. Athena was very nice and did a great job! I had a bunch of questions about whitening and she was informative. I'm very happy that I switched to East Bradford Dental.

Andrew (almost 11 yrs old) was in yesterday in order to have a filling fixed and was extremely scared. He doesn't like going to the dentist and has extreme anxiety when it comes to needles. It was all hands on deck to try to calm him down with 2 hygienists helping out, and they were incredible! They were calm and composed in working to assure him there wouldn't be pain and we tried every tactic under the sun to get him to calm down. Unfortunately in the end he was simply too scare and we'll end up having to take him to a pediatric dentist. BUT that does not take away from how incredible the entire team was there! They were creative, comforting, patient and did everything possible. The team should be proud of the hard work and positive impression we left with.

This was our first time here and it was such a positive experience. We were referred to the practice since our insurance changed and had to leave our other dentist. Everyone was so friendly and it was super clean. Our hygienists were just awesome and helped put my daughter’s nerves at ease. Dr. Cassella was great as well. It is definitely a great dentist office!

From reception through entire visit, EVERYONE was polite, professional, and compassionate. I am very phobic of dentist visits due to a very bad past experience at another dentist. When I explained this, I was met with compassion, empathy, and concern which put me much more at ease. Everything was explained to me and I was asked many times throughout the procedure if I was ok, if I needed to take a break, how I was doing. I've already scheduled my next appointment....that's how impressive they were.
