“Optimal is an amazing place to get a massage. They have many different therapists so finding someone that is a perfect for your needs is easy. The facility is clean and quiet and the office staff is pleasant and knowledgeable. You can easily manage all of your appointments through the MINDBODY app. Keith Edwards has been my therapist for years and he has been instrumental in helping me heal from and preventing recurrence of overuse injuries from running. His therapeutic massage will always be a key part of my race training plans. Today my therapist was Mary Catherine Donnelly. She sat with me to learn what I needed in the massage and made sure she knew the music, temperature of the table and pressure that I liked. It was a lovely 2 hour massage and I highly recommend both Keith and Mary Catherine.”
