After being discharged from the USMC my world view completely changed and I was searching for something that was missing in my life. The camaraderie and support mirrored what I received in the service and my competitive spirit is constantly challenged by the members as well as the workouts. If you are a Veteran do yourself a favor and stop in to Rock Solid!
(July 22, 2018, 4:01 pm)Rock Solid has been a great gym ! I’ve been going for almost 3 years now. The people there are like family and push you everyday to be better. The coaches are very knowledgeable and always encouraging you! I tried other places but this by far is the best and I am so glad I gave it a chance. Crossfit is something everyone can do, it’s not just for the extreme athlete and that’s what I like! Each person has their own level of what they do and the workouts can be tailored to yourself and your level of fitness.

(July 18, 2018, 4:33 pm)I am a long time member of Crossfit Rocksolid in Downingtown. I can’t imagine my life without it. Before Rocksolid, I could never stick with a workout routine. I would try something and think it was it, but never stuck with it. With Rocksolid, the constantly varied workouts, camaraderie, and personal attention is what made all the difference in the world. Everyone works at their own pace, level and speed and there are no worries of being judged. Your only competition is yourself! The coaches offer the perfect balance of instruction and support, along with that extra push when you feel like you can’t do it anymore. It is so refreshing to see people come together from different ages, body types and strength levels, and support one another for one hour each day. Whether you are stuck, want to try something new, need to take your workout to the next level, or are completely new to working out altogether, I 100% recommend your try Crossfit Rocksolid.
(May 17, 2017, 12:51 pm)I joined Rock Solid when I made the decision to decrease the amount I spent on a gym membership. I know all about the $10 planet fitness memberships but I needed something MORE that would hold me ACCOUNTABLE! My friend recommended Rock Solid. Mike the owner is great and very welcoming. The required orientation classes introduce you to techniques needed to perform skills. It not all about lifting heavy things, scaled workouts are always available if you;re "not quite ready yet" GREAT PLACE!
