  Neil did a phenomenal job listening to my needs. He was funny, professional and inviting. He never made me feel pressured but also did everything he could to make sure I left happy. I appreciate the service I received from him! The dealership itself was great as well. They have a huge selection and assisted me in a timely manner. Everyone was friendly and made me feel welcome. I would recommend this dealership.

  This was an all day process. The salesman was very polite however I purchased a car from Dave Williams in the past and he is a much better salesperson. Nothing against my sales guy he's just not a season but very well-versed on the vehicle and he was super helpful and friendly.
  
  I'm also slightly worried because my car hasn't been paid off and they told me the new thing holder is the same however they don't have any record of my new loan. I do plan on calling today.

  I just love the customer service given by Kenny Ortiz!! This was my first time financing a car through a dealership and I couldn't believe how easy he made this for me. He worked with me and my husband on what best fits our budget but also what was worth paying for. He didn't push to make a sale and really let us do the thinking. He also was very professional, personable and knowledgeable about all my questions as one has when one get a new car. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a quality experience when buying a car to go to this guy.

  I had a really good experience buying my truck here. Justin Howell was my car salesman. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I test drove multiple trucks and asked A LOT of questions. Had a great test drive. After some negotiations with my trade and price and options we came to a great deal. My only complaint was the financial dept, they took longer than the whole process of finding, test driving, trading, and buying the truck. I thank you so much for all of your hard work to get me into the truck that I wanted!

  Honestly, I thought the experience was great. Prior to my visit at Jeff, I had gone to many other dealerships and it did not go as smoothly as i would have liked. At Jeff, I was giving a price that I agreed on over the phone, came in and that is exactly what we made the deal for. It was actually really enjoyable. For me it was my first vehicle I ever bought new. And I surely will be back in the future. Mr. D'Ambrosio even came over and had an extensive conversation with my father and I. I was shocked that we were speaking to Jeff directly. It was nice to see that he is at the dealership just as much as his employees. All in all great experience and I'm so happy with my ram I bought.
