  The receptionists greet you in a friendly manner. You are treated respectfully. Besides being knowledgeable in their field the Vet Techs and Doctors are very caring and compassionate.

  I have been taking my dogs and cats here for over five years and have never had a bad experience. I never feel rushed, and the veterinarians seem truly interested in listening to (and not dismissing) my thoughts. The vet techs are friendly and appear to enjoy their jobs. Dr. Rich Marchetti was amazingly compassionate when I needed to have my “heart” dog euthanized. It was done at home and with great kindness and respect.

  Highly recommend Coventry! Our family has used them for years and although I've moved out of the area, I still make the drive to bring my dogs here. I highly recommend their experienced team and kind staff.

  Everyone I interacted with was so kind and really sweet to my cat. I was impressed with the vet techs, who managed to get my cat to take a huge pill - and they did it patiently and in good humor. I usually get squeamish when my animals are not happy at the vet, but I felt really comfortable with the way they treated him the whole time, even while he was trying his best to not take a pill!

  Hands down the best animal hospital around. They take such great care of my dogs and they are reasonably priced. Can’t say enough good things about this place. The entire staff is amazing!!
