The staff there is amazing. I go to the doctors in the same suite and I met a specialist named Tyesha who works at the office (West Chester) and she went over information about TMS. I suffer from depression and I was interested, but was also worried and a little scared to try it. After speaking with her she made me feel so at ease. I will be looking into getting TMS within the next month!!
I was very pleased with this treatment through Success TMS. I liked that the office was very quiet, private and calm. No one was ever in a rush and everyone was very pleasant. It was easy to change the time of an appointment if necessary. Staff really cares about you and wants you to feel better. I felt a noticeable difference in my mental health at the two-week mark. My mood still fluctuated throughout the treatment but the safety net was getting stronger and stronger and the "lows" were getting "higher."
This has been such a wonderful experience. The Staff, each has been outstanding. The entire staff has treated me so well. Everyone speak to you by name.. Each treatment they all say hello and tell me to have a good night.
My Tech, Bryanna is tops. She answers every question I ask. She always ask me how I am doing. Bryanna is a doll, always so pleasant, with all she has going on in her life. I absolutely can not say enough good about this office and the lovely Ladies.
