(March 18, 2022, 9:54 pm)Amazing service by Joe with a phone call update and given the cost estimate and timeline of work. Once I arrived to pick up my Jeep, he even showed me before/after photos of brake rust work he did along with proactively buffing my headlights to be clearer for night use.
A really positive and reassuring experience, I'll be using them again for future oil changes and general auto repair!

Donna is a pleasure, and I will be using them exclusively for any and all future car needs. Cannot recommend them enough!
Also, they have shop cats. 😍
(May 28, 2020, 9:32 am)The staff at Ott's were great, especially Donna. They did a thorough job on my inspection and when I wasn't expecting my brakes needing to be done, they offered to break up my bill in 2 or 3 payments. I would highly recommend Ott's to anyone. Thank you Donna and staff!
