On a Sunday, I needed a locksmith. I called because they provided 24-hour service. The technician arrived at my house. He called right away, came to my house, and completed the job quickly. He was extremely professional and accommodating. I would absolutely contact them again.

They arrived quickly and made a key for me on the spot. At an affordable price. I was with a friend who had come from out of town. He had "too much" fun and misplaced his car keys. We were pressed for time because he needed to get home and to work that morning. And no one I know isn't strapped for cash. These were the people to contact.

We had a great experience with Yale KeyExpress! They were able to help us with all of our lock needs, whether it was replacing a broken lock or making a new key for our car. They were also very fast and thorough; we had them come out to our house once because we thought there was something wrong with the lock in our front door (but it turned out to be just fine), and they were able to do everything we needed in just over an hour.

Such a greafamily owned business! Ilan came ouonly 30 minutes after we called for new locks on our new home! Very friendly and a pleasure to work wi. We will definitely use tm again!
