Heat is important and this studio is on Fire . I am personally grateful for the local studio in Malvern . Love the bulldog logo too -

First time to the studio. Visiting from outside the country. I emailed the studio asking if I needed a mat and Daria emailed right back, saying they’ll provide one since I was visiting. Awesome class with Daria today. Definitely recommend the studio!!!

I absolutely love this place. If never done a hot yoga class and now I'm hooked. The instructors are great and offer modifications based on flexibility and getting your butt kicked by the workout. I've brought people with me to try it and have recommended it to many people. Also, sometimes an actual bulldog is hanging out there.

Right when I walked in, the teacher, Jen, gave a warm welcome and showed me around the studio. She introduced herself to the class and explained the type of class it was, which was so helpful. Her music was awesome, it ebbed and flowed with the class. The sequence was well thought out and felt great, challenging and she kept us motivated the whole time. Love this studio, going back tomorrow!
