This was my first time purchasing a snow blower and I feel like the luckiest guy on the planet for purchasing here. Not only did I get the last one at a really good price the customer service was also outstanding.

I appreciated their patience with me and answering all my questions. Keith took the time to fully explain to me the operation and maintenance care of the machine as well as gave me typed instructions on how to store it for the summer so that I don't ruin the carburetor. He even broke down the handles of the machine and loaded it into the back of my SUV. He also said he would register my warranty for me. I can't thank Berwyn Lawnmower enough for the courtesy, customer service, professionalism and for a great job!!!

I will definitely consider only purchasing all my tools from Berwyn Lawnmower in the future.
