  Great workout EVERY TIME! whether it's in a group setting or one on one, Jen and Nicki will help to keep working out fun and motivating. I needed to be held accountable which I got from working with Jen. At JBfit, I'm persistently challenged to meet new goals and reach new limits while feeling thoroughly supported along the way. HIGHLY recommend!

  I hate working out but as an old lady who wants to stay active I know I need to stay fit. Jen makes it fun (OK as much fun as possible) and the results have been dramatic. I am able to mount my horse from the ground which I had not been able to do for years. Any body want to arm wrestle?

  I leave feeling like I've had an awesome workout in every time. The trainers all show they really care and keep your abilities in mind while still pushing you. Love going every time!
