(January 15, 2019, 11:33 am)Sometimes, it's absolutely true that you get what you pay for. While Longwood was a little more than my former vet, I feel like I got a lot more--much more than what I paid. My vet and the techs took turns holding my dog after his procedure so he would feel comfortable. They called me to follow up and see how he was doing. I would definitely recommend them!

(January 2, 2019, 11:05 am)Our many furry children have been patients at Longwood Veterinary Center for 17 years. They are always professional and have given our dogs wonderful care. Most important is their caring and compassion. If Dr. Corrine Parsons would let me jump up on the table, I'd let her take care of me also.

and did not walk well at all, post surgery she is wonderful.
(July 30, 2018, 12:51 pm)I’m not one to normally leave reviews, but the service and level of care I have received here deserves some recognition. I had adopted a kitten at a rescue non affiliated and after 3 days of having her she had gotten very sick with a URI, and her eye had become crusted shut. I was incredibly upset and brought her into Longwood over an hour early for our appointment because I was completely beside myself and wanted to at least be in the waiting room. The staff at Longwood took us right away and were so caring and compassionate. Dr. Knipe is amazing and took the time to carefully explain how to administer the multiple medicines I was sent home with for my kitten. She also worked with me and my budget, going over the costs of everything with me as we went along. The level of comfort, care and attention that was given to my new fur baby helped ease my own anxieties and we both left feeling better than we were when we had arrived. (Did I mention my kitten was purring the entire time despite being ill? She must have known she was in safe, loving hands.) A follow up appointment was made for 2 weeks later, and the same outstanding care and attention was given to her. It is quite clear that the staff here loves their job and any furry friend that may come in. Thank you so much for all the love and care my sweet Kiwi received! :)
