(October 7, 2015, 3:11 pm)Alchemy is perfect for me because I prefer the customer service of a small business. Every time I call the phone number, I get to talk to a live person-Ed always answers right away (I don't care for the inconvenience of navigating automated systems and being on hold, so this is refreshing)! I gave 4 stars but only because they are open monday-friday but not the weekend. I would definitely reccomend Alchemy!
