(September 28, 2017, 7:13 am)This is the second time while traveling from out of state that I dropped in. Great box. The coaching is attentive, encouraging and increased my skill knowledge. The community is welcoming. This will be my go to Crossfit gym while traveling in this area.

Everyone is friendly, non-judgmental, and eager to help you reach your goals, whatever they may be. It is in a perfect location for folks living in the new apartments (that includes me). Having moved from NY, I didn't know anyone until I started going here and immediately felt like part of the community once I did.
