(June 6, 2018, 10:31 am)John made First Aid/CPR/AED training a fun, engaging exercise which, I believe, made a difference in my actually remembering what I was taught.
(November 22, 2017, 10:34 am)Unreliable: John was scheduled and confirmed to be at our home to do CPR and infant safety training for me, my husband, and our childcare providers. We scheduled time off work and waited for him to arrive. He never showed up, and after emailing him, he replied '?'. When I called, he said he was sorry but he forgot and would appreciate if I reschedule. We are disappointed John did not offer to do anything to make it right for wasting our time (we both run companies).
UPDATE: John was more than professional and took great care of us during our rescheduled session yesterday. I highly recommend him and his service and happy with how he handled the reschedule.

He has the right combination of humor and professionalism to get the job done and always makes a training fly by. Our staff look forward to having him each year! I would highly recommend John for any of your training needs! You deserve way more than 5 stars!
