  Liked Dr. Cramer a lot. Patient, didn’t rush me, easy to talk to, answered all my questions, made me feel like an equal, knowledgeable, experienced, thorough, and not pushy about his recommendations. Highly recommend.

  I have been going to this practice for roughly 10 years. During this time, they have performed 4 surgeries on me, all improving my health dramatically. Most recently, Dr. Cramer reduced my turbinates, something I had put off because of my fear of hospitals. While no surgery is fun, he made it as stress free as possible. I was confident in his diagnosis and ability and am thrilled to be breathing better. Dr. Cramer is friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. I am very picky when it comes to service being in the customer service field myself. I highly recommend this practice for anything ENT related.

  I had been having unexplained ear pain and other symptoms for quite a while and finally sought out an ENT specialist. Dr Cramer came recommended by a friend. He took my medical history and asked questions about my symptoms. He was patient and basically figured out the issue quickly! I’m encouraged by the recommended treatment and looking forward to full recovery. Dr. Cramer was kind and considerate and I was pleased with his ‘bedside manner’. I didn’t feel rushed. Would definitely recommend to others.
