I find Lynn Shay to be a great practitioner. She listens well, is encouraging and takes her time to discuss any problem. She doesn’t rush you through an appointment and is genuinely concerned about your welfare. She seems to have a wealth of knowledge about resources a patient can use for a particular issue. I would recommend her to anyone.
Dr. Cantor, Dr. Shay and Mrs. Shay have helped me tremendously!!! I have MANY complicated health issues and had been with one primary doctor for 20 + years. I had to quickly find a new doctor who could handle my many health conditions, and I am so very happy to have found Steiner Medical!! They take me seriously and do everything possibly to make my life as livable as possible. I am no longer mostly bedridden and am able to do many things that I previously had been unable to do, including most ADL's. I am still a mess and will continue to get worse, but I have wonderful medical care!! When you are in constant horrific pain it is very difficult to funtion. The trigger point injections Dr. Cantor gives me improves my range of motion significantly. Though it doesn't last long enough, it is a welcome temporary relief. If I didn't live an hour away I would go weekly for triggers. I am not treated as a drug seeker like other doctors have treated me because of the level of medication I need. I am treated as a human who is in dire need of help to LIVE!! Very friendly and helpful staff. Only issues we have had are long waits(WAY WORTH THE WAIT!) and an occassional issue with their outside billing department. Thank you Steiner Medical for giving me some quality of life!!

We visited the office for the first time yesterday. I am a caregiver to a patient and I can’t say enough about the compassion and care at Steiner Medical. We were very nervous because of the mixed reviews, but because of a recommendation, we drove an hour to give this practice a try. The reviews about the front desk staff are baffling to me. I spoke with Janet and Danielle prior to the appointment and during our time in the office; they are both incredibly kind and professional. They were able to immediately pull up the patient’s records and they help us to get records from specialists. It is very difficult to find a good doctor who takes the time to listen, is knowledgable, and compassionate. We are so happy to have found Dr. Shay and the team at Steiner. If you are a pain patient, bring a pillow or something to pad the chairs, as they are wood and not ideal for those in pain.
