  Drove 5 hours to buy my car from John Kennedy- Phoenixville and would do it again! The team is genuine about helping you, they listen, and they truly understand the customer's needs and they go out of their way to crete a wonderful sales experience. Best car buying experience ever! If you hate buying cars because of the sales process then head to JKP- ask for Eric, Trevor, or Ken (GM). You won't regret it!

  There service department is a notch above the rest, I spent very little time there because of the fact that everyone was very knowledgeable from start to finish. This dealership as a whole has earned my business because they truly take care of the customer.

  I recently purchased a 2018 Explorer from Mark Dunyak. I have purchased MANY vehicles in my life (over 35) and this was by far the easiest and most pleasurable purchasing experience I've ever had. Everyone was great from Mark in sales, to the sales manager, and finance guy. I will certainly return to John Kennedy for my next vehicle!
  
  I first met Mark about 8 years ago, and never purchased from him, and yet EVERY year on my birthday he calls, just to wish me a happy year. This level of customer service is why I am and will be a John Kennedy customer.
