Mark, the owner and mechanic, refused to accept payment for a job that needed to be done. He insisted that the part should still be covered by the warranty and gave me the instructions and information to reach the manufacturer to check it out. In fact, there was a factory warranty that I thought had expired and I was able to get the part replaced at the dealer at no cost! This is a demonstration of Mark's integrity, fairness, and honesty in dealing with customers. When he has done work on the 3 cars in my family over the past 4 years, the work has always been done well.

Mark can definitely be trusted to do great work at a great price with integrity.

Mr Emery is a good guy. Pretty sure he does all the work there himself because I've never seen anyone else in there helping him out and I've gone to him 5 or 6 times now for services. I'm pretty confident he doesn't add unnecessary work to up-charge his customers.

Mark Emery, the owner was very professional throughout the whole process. I brought my car in to diagnose a knocking sound. He suggested it was a timing belt issue, and replaced the timing belt, tensioner pulley and water pump (all are part of a timing belt replacement kit) within a day. Always answered the phone, and was willing to answer any questions I had with patience. Would come back here again, and would recommend Emery Auto to anyone. Sure it may be small, but the quality is there. Unfortunately the sound persists.
