I took an LGBTQ training with Alexander (founder of Arrive Therapy) on understanding some of the many questions concerning sexual re-assignment surgeries for trans people. It was excellent and incredibly informative. Alexander is clearly an expert on the topic and is a wealth of knowledge. His approach is very sensitive and respectful. I consider him to be a tremendous resource for LGBTQ populations and would recommend Arrive Therapy for anyone needing support or assistance. I'm grateful that our paths have crossed!

I can not say enough good things about this place. As someone who has been through many therapists it was a breath of fresh air to find a therapist so welcoming, affirming, understanding, and knowledgeable about things that I am going through. Our queer community in the suburbs of Philadelphia on the Main Line has been in need of therapeutic services geared directly towards trans folx who are not only educated but holding lived experience in working with a very under served population. As a fellow practice owner who also serves the queer and trans communities, I found myself in need of more to spaces to work with geared specifically towards this nuanced niche.
