“I recently had a consult with Dr Kallen for ivf. Even though I was currently undergoing tx with another RE which I loved, they didn't offer a garuntee program which I needed for my own piece of mind. Dr Kallen spent approx. a full hour with me explaining all the ins and outs of tx. He was very patient and was very thorough with his information. I appreciated that he came out to the waiting room to greet me and take me back to his office and even though I was only there for a consult, due to where I was in my cycles he was able to do a scan and bloodwork that day. I also appreciated that he himself did my scan. I was then introduced to my own personal nurse Debbie who said she would be my nurse throughout the whole process and made me feel so comfortable and reassured me that i would be taken care of. Everyone was great there! I honestly didn't know what to expect and I really didn't want to leave my current RE but the experience I had with shady grove left me feeling confident that they would help my husband and I on this journey to conceive. I look forward to my future appointments with the staff at SGF!”

“Came here during the lunch rush on a Tuesday. There was a pretty long line but it moved quickly for ordering. They give you a pager and call you when your food is ready. My colleague and I both did a "Pick Two" which means you pick two items to form a combo (soup, salad, sandwich, etc.) I got a steak and white cheddar panini and a bowl of French onion soup. They also throw in a piece of bread or an apple. Since the soup had croutons I chose apple. The food took maybe 7 minutes to come out which seemed a bit long but it was quite good. The lunch was $10.50 but drinks are really expensive, like $3 so I just skipped it since $14 for lunch is pushing the bounds of reasonable in my opinion.”

As a new patient, I'm glad that I was lucky enough to have been referred to her. The staff is friendly. The waiting area is clean. The wait was not bad at all.
