The staff at Aveanna Healthcare Exton are very friendly and will help you understand and navigate through everything. The pay rate is also good. I have already recommended two people.

I have been an employee for Aveanna for a couple months. As I’ve never been a direct care worker before now, I was really intimidated and didn’t know what to expect. Thankfully Jon Hotchkiss really helped me get integrated and on track to succeed. How much he has looked after me and made me feel welcome and appreciated cannot be overstated.

We have been very satisfied with Aveanna's services. We did have difficulty filling the hours when we were only approved for a few afternoon hours. Aveanna and the insurance company explained that it is very hard to fill a small number of after school hours. Once the insurance company increased the number of hours, Aveanna quickly found a home health aide for us. She has been very reliable, helpful, and caring to our family. Aveanna has been very responsive and has had excellent communication with us throughout the process. I highly recommend Aveanna when looking for a home health aide.
