InstaCare PT is a top notch physical therapy practice that provides excellent individualized care right here in Chester County. I first met Dr. Dan after experiencing significant lower back pain when running following abdominoplasty and multiple pregnancies. Working in conjunction with his colleague, Dr. Bri, Dr. Dan has helped lessen my pain through physical manipulation, cupping, scar work and dry needling. Their expert care has given me confidence to reach my fitness goals and understand the mechanics behind my injuries. Dr. Dan is very personable and has a wonderful bedside manner, as he goes beyond "textbook" diagnosis and works with the patient to get to the heart of the issue. Highly recommend!

Dr. Dan is AMAZING! I had a free consultation for tennis elbow, based upon the recommendation of a friend. He quickly diagnosed the issue, treated it and gave me exercises to do at home. I was so impressed with his approach that I scheduled a full visit the following week. The tennis elbow has been resolved but I continue to see Dr. Dan, working on long-term aches and pains, that I had just accepted as part of aging. If you have gone to physical therapy before, this is completely different. While Dr. Dan gives you physical therapy exercises to do at home, he uses the time to treat with dry needling, cupping, graston, etc. I previously did two separate rounds of physical therapy on my shoulder and experienced some modest relief. Working with Dr. Dan, I have made significant progress and at times, I am completely pain free!

Dan quickly fit me into his busy schedule for my knee pain. I had lost hope going to PT due to previous experiences at other facilities not benefiting me. Dan changed that completely. He performed ultrasound and needling on my leg and in just one session my knee already feels improvement. He taught me how to correctly tape my knee for my long days at work and created a plan for the future. I wish I could give more than 5 stars on this review. He was truly incredible and hopeful when I was not.

This past year I had torn my shoulder on 3 separate occasions. With each recovery I had gone to PT Dan. This was not the easiest process, but with the proper care, treatments, and exercises PT Dan got me back into doing what I love. Not only did he care for the physical injury, but the mental aspect of the recovery he helped a lot with. Going through surgery three times takes a toll on you not only physically but mentally and PT Dan took that hardship into account and helped with all aspects of recovery! I am extremely grateful!
