He was very helpful with the purchase, delivery and water treatment for many weeks afterwards. He is also genuinely a very nice person. I wish all businesses I deal with had someone like Austin.
(June 23, 2024, 6:20 pm)Amazing experience! Bought the Hot Spring Pulse hot tub from Austin in the Exton location 9 months ago. Hot tub has been as advertised. Very high quality, easy to maintain. The whole family loves it. Austin is by far the best sales person I’ve ever dealt with any purchase. A wealth of knowledge at time of sale and has helped me any time I’ve needed anything since the purchase. Even checks in unsolicited. Just bought supplies today, both Austin and Richard were extremely helpful.

I am thrilled with our purchase and Austin definitely listened to what we liked and put us in the perfect hot tub. I really appreciate the checking in from time to time, feels like a lost art. (June 20, 2024, 8:57 am)We love our Endless Pools E550 swim spa! From installation in September 2023, to our first summer, which is coming in HOT, we use it 1-2 times a day.
Austin did a great job helping me select the right model, with a treadmill and Covana cover.
Micah was on hand for the delivery and for maintenance visits. Service has always been proactive and prompt.
Springdance also recommended John Marbach, who did an excellent job with the electrical installation.
Post-delivery, Austin has kept in touch and has cheerfully answered all of our questions. I highly recommend Springdance Hot Tubs in Exton!
