“In March of 2022 I took delivery of a brand new 2022 Thor Magnitude BT36 super from Dylan's RV in Sewell NJ. Dylan's completely screwed up the lithium battery installation. I took my rig to CareFree one week after I took delivery for a PA state inspection, Cheyney Arters (lead technician) identified the root-cause of the problem. Dylan’s RV wired the two 12 volt lithium batteries in series when they should have been in parallel!!! From that day forward I never took my RV back to Dylan’s for service. Cheyney is the best RV service technician I have encountered. He is a consummate service professional with over 27 years of experience. Cheyney prides himself on quality of workmanship and providing great customer service, making sure all customers are taken care of so they can have a wonderful RV experience. From top to bottom, the team at CareFree are the best! Over the past 18 months I watched Steve (owner) grow his business from rentals and service to sales. CareFree is now an authorized Nexus RV dealer. Looking back I wanted to purchase a Nexus super C but read too many negative reviews from Nexus owners. “I recommend Forward Moving 100000% to anyone! My family of 4 (two little ones under 3) moved from the suburbs of Philadelphia to Charlotte, NC and used Forward Moving. We did full service, where Forward Moving came and packed everything, loaded the truck, drove down, and then unloaded the truck. It was 100% worth the money! They were so careful with our belongings, wrapping them nicely in bubble wrap and paper, that nothing broke, even with such a long move. The team loaded the truck so diligently that everything fit on one truck and the items didn't bounce around (helping keeping all items in tact). Everyone we worked with at Forward Moving was kind, courteous and professional. Our driver, Josh, made sure we were updated each step of the process, so we knew when the truck was on its way to Charlotte, when it was halfway here, and when it got to Charlotte. He made jokes with our 2 year old, and made us feel comfortable and at ease with the very stressful job of moving. “Great experience purchasing and setting up our Jacuzzi J345 hot tub with both Gordon and Ciara! As a first time owner, I was given all the information I needed to take delivery, setup, and run the tub operation. I’m still learning how to manage the water chemistry and they are helpful in giving advice and carry all of the products needed. All phone calls and emails are answered in a prompt and timely manner. We use the tub all the time and spend more family time together in the tub.”

“I visited this store about 3 weeks ago while travelling from out of town. I was welcomed at the door even though they were busy. Without neglecting his other shoppers, Mike introduced himself (what a gentleman), gave me his "nickel" tour, and took me to the genres that interested me most (poetry and art), of which he had a nice selection. Both new and used books were reasonably priced and I bought one that Mike personally recommended. I'm glad I did. This store is for book lovers. It has a nice tea, coffee, and pastry bar. It also seemed to be a meeting place for locals as there was more than adequate seating and at least two groups of folks comfortably chatting. In addition, this store carries merchandise such as bookmarks, book plates, book ends, and other items for book lovers. Great store, great location, great atmosphere, great service, and great books. You will love this place.”
