So I broke my phone and went to the new Verizon store on Airport road in Sadsburyville .

Akilah is an exceptionally competent worker at the 156 Airport Road, Coatesville, PA Verizon store. Prior to Akilah's assistance I visited 3 other Verizon store locations seeking assistance with my monthly prepaid wireless account. Only Akilah took the time to walk me through the problems while teaching me at the same time what I needed to do. I feel confident that I will be able to proceed on my own from now on all because of her patience, knowledge and willingness to assist the customer. She is an asset I strongly encourage you to keep.

I went into this store because I broke my phone. The lady there was such a great help! She helped me upgrade into a new phone. I got The Google Pixel and I love it. She took the time to talk to me. Use to have an Iphone so glad I switched. She even gave me a free ipad mini so I could still facetime with my apple loving friends. Go to this store!! They are just great people!

I had to get a new phone since mine died. I dread this as much as buying a car. I thought I would give this new store a try and I'm glad I did. It was the easiest phone purchase I have ever made. All of the people in this store are real friendly and helpful. It was a quick process, I'll be back when I need another phone (as we always do).
