    We hired them to fix a problem with our AC when Michall Daimion would not fix work they'd done improperly.     These guys have always been great with service and taking care of issues proactively on my boiler and AC, reasonable prices, no hard upsells but they do give me options and explain the pro/cons. Customer service team is also very helpful and friendly. Been with them a few years and highly recommend.

    Handle with stem of shower control valve broke broke off during a shower on a Saturday morning. After turning off the water to the running shower, the business' answering service contacted Joe Battavio who called back from his home immediately. He was able to come out later the same day to replace the broken valve. Very responsive - quality work. We have used him before and will continue patronize his for our repair and upgrade needs.
