West Goshen Township Dog Park

Great place to bring your dog for socializing. Fairly maintained. Water bowls available (no water provided).

Really nice park, it’s very big with a few obstacles for the dogs. However it’s not split b/w big and smalls dogs. It’s all the way up the hill with plenty of parking.

I gave 4/5 stars bc people don’t pick up after their dogs making it inconvenient for others when there’s bags available.

It’s by a school so I would be mindful on school days when parents come to pick up their kids after school.

I live in Washington DC, a city with tons of dog parks always bustling with dogs. I was hesitant to come here thinking there wouldn’t be any dogs or they wouldn’t be as friendly. I was wrong! I came 3 days when I was in the area for a week and each time there were plenty of friendly dogs and the park itself is big with shade, grass, and toys.

Great dog park. My husband abs I stopped with our pups on one of our road tips and the owners were attentive. There is not a separate small dog area so be mindful of that and you need to climb up a small hill once inside the gate to see all of the park (in case you have any slight walking challenges...). The park is different because it’s set on a hill and part of it is open and part ticks into wooded areas so the pups have plenty to explore. Good size and water as well as poopie bags available. Also located in a quiet abs nice neighborhood.
