(May 29, 2018, 8:07 am)I purchased a toilet from Weinsteins a few months ago during a bathroom renovation. The Friday before Memorial day we finally got to the toilet installation. The plumber set the bowl and opened the tank box and found there were no parts included. I ran to Weinstein's and got there at 3PM just as they were closing the gate to go home. I explained the situation to Chris the parts manager. He opened the parts counter back up, looked up the parts, opened a similar tank box and gave me the parts. Chris's dedication saved me from being down a bathroom for our Memorial day bash. Outstanding customer service!

(March 27, 2017, 10:58 am)Patty was marvelous. I wasn't sure what I wanted and she quickly determined my needs and zeroed in on what I might like. She made what could have been an overwhelming process quick and easy. When my contractor moved up the date of my remodel, she made sure everything was delivered on time.
