“I stopped in at Just Joe’s to see about selling my truck. When they mentioned the three options for dealing with the sale I gave it some thought and decided to try the consignment method. The worst case sale would be significantly more than I was offered by other dealers. The paperwork took only a few minutes and I was on my way with the proposed agreement. Within the 30 day period I received an email stating the vehicle had been sold. I stopped in, signed my title, received a check for the agreed amount and was out the door in under fifteen minutes. “Magnificent property by Jeff Devlin, star of countless home remodel shows, latest (and my favorite) being Stone House Revival. The shop/store itself is a converted barn with beautiful original stone walls and wood cladding. Inside were nice farmhouse items for sale as well as handmade furniture by Jeff’s company Schoolhouse Woodworking. A lot of treasures to be found indeed! Also on the property is an amazing stone home that we were able to tour. I’m looking forward to seeing in at its completion. Truly a nice event even with the lousy weather over Mother’s Day weekend. Highly recommend visiting Sycamore and Stone, and I can’t wait to be back!”
