  I was recently involved in an accident and needed bodywork for my car. Abra Auto (formerly LC Auto) works directly with my insurance. I came in today, 6/12/18, with my 3 kids to have an estimate done and to drop it off. Although they knew I was coming and my insurance works directly with them, I was expecting to be there for at least an hour. We were in and out in 30 minutes. Everyone was so friendly and warm. They thanked my husband and I for our service (we’re veterans) and the waiting area is comfortable. John, who did the estimate for my car, helped me unload my car and put the car seats and strollers into my husband’s car. He even reminded me about a few things I forgot. Missy, at the front desk, was very friendly and called the rental car place for us. She even made sure they knew we had small kids and asked them to come to us instead of my husband bringing me there. They had complimentary coffee and twizzlers and had a play space for my 2 toddlers. The waiting area was well equipped with numerous outlets and USB ports, in case you need to charge your devices. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing body work done.

  These guys do quality work and stand behind the work they do! I've always been pleased with the quality of the work they've done on our vehicles over the past 25 years. If there's ever been a problem, they've dealt with it quickly and efficiently. Their estimates are always fair, their work is excellent and they deal directly with most major insurance companies. Leave your worries at the scene of the accident, let these guys make your vehicle look brand new again and drive away happy!

  Excellent customer care and high quality work!! Had front end damage from hitting deer. Dan helped through the process - very nice person and so were the others in the office. You can tell these folks care and can be trusted and that goes a long way these days. Reasonable time estimate and came in ahead of schedule with the repairs. Great communication along the way. Highly recommend LC to anyone.

  I bought a brand new Honda Civic 2012 in January of 2013. In April I was involved in a car accident (side-swiped, but I avoided a head on, not my fault!) -- and a few people, including my Allstate agent recommended this place. Of course, I did my own research online and by word-of-mouth and decided to let LC take care of my new car. From the first phone call, I was treated with kindness, respect and the best customer service... EVER. I felt comfortable with my choice. I also did when I walked in. The storefront is new (although the business has been around for decades) -- and so clean you could literally eat off of the floors. They took exactly the amount of time they said they would with the car and honestly, you could NOT tell I had an accident. They took care of this car, as if it were their own. I can't speak highly enough of this place. Also, I had a minor issue, that I had to take the car back for... the door's lock kept clicking and once the alarm went off as I was pumping gas... and I took it back (twice) ... but once again, they listened to me and took care of the issue once they could pinpoint how to fix it in the door. I hope you NEVER have to have an accident.. but if you do, take your car to LC Auto Body, they will NOT disappoint.
