Our transition from India regarding our kid's immunization was handled by him very thoroughly . The office has a nice waiting area for kids and adults with lot of colorful toys and books. “Eric and Lindsay from the EXTON office are an amazing team! I was told there was no EMERGANCY DENTAL places in the exton surrounding areas. I'm soo glad I Googled them. Dr. Eric and his wife dropped everything on their night off to come see me. I could've rave about them enough, since they did take my pain away. It's nice to know that he's there for you when you need him the most. Especially, when it's the holiday weekend and all offices are closed, the local hospital wants to give you Tylenol & suggests waiting out until Monday. “This dry cleaners is the best! So convenient and they do an awesome job. I brought in my suit to fix a rip in the pants and to be cleaned. The owner was so accommodating because it was so close to the Holidays and I told him I needed it soon, he told me that it would be done in a few days right before Christmas and they would be closed a few days after that pickup date. Well I forgot to pick it up on that day so I was sad but knew it was my fault. The next day I decided to try to call to see if the owner was there even though they were closed. Well he answered the phone and told me to come on in to pick up my suit!! That’s what I call great customer service! Also, my suit was perfectly fixed and cleaned! They do amazing work and have the best customer service! If you’re in the Exton/Downingtown/West Chester area I highly suggest you treat yourself to an amazing experience here. They also have first time customer discounts!”

“I have been a customer at this bike shop since the mid-80s and continue to come here even though I have lived in Delaware County for the last 10 years. The service from Bob Jones and his team has always been top notch. That was never more evident than it was last Friday when I was stuck on the road in Audubon, PA after a freak incident that locked up the chain under the front derailleur. After sending Bob a photo of the problem, he called me back within 15 minutes with a solution to get me back on the road. That response is typical of the service I have come to expect here.”
