Still hoping to adjust to the changes and continue practicing at the Light Within. Time will tell. **************** I feel so fortunate to have the Light Within right here in my little town. I cannot imagine a more wonderful yoga studio. I love the ambiance of this warm and cozy space. I adore the instructors, who are skilled practitioners and excellent teachers, devoted to finding ways of making the experience meet the needs of each student. There are classes for those at many levels and varieties of practice. I highly recommend the Light Within!”
