The trail is fantastic! I usually stop at Riverfront Park to sit near the Allegheny River. It's a great view.

I’ve been riding this trail for several years, and this is best it has ever been! Great volunteers who maintain it. I rode from the YMCA in Kittanning up to East Brady and back. Great ride! If you ride up Sybertown RD. in East Brady a mile or two, you can see the north end of the tunnel project from across the river. I look forward to riding through it someday. The old Phillipston turn table is really looking nice. I’d say it is almost complete.

I highly recommend this trail. I stopped for a snack at the Old Bank Deli in East Brady, and I recommend this place also.

One last item of note, right as you enter the borough of East Brady, there is one of the nicest, cleanest, public restrooms you will ever find along the trail. Well done East Brady!

Awesome rail trail. Each community that the trail goes through is uniquely special. As you travel the trail you will see beavers, eagles and deer. The trail embraces our industrial heritage. The volunteers do a great job maintaining the trail. Than you for sharing it with all of us.

Great Trail for a short hike - you can get a little less than 4 miles in from East Brady to Phillipston and back. It is fine gravel, flat and very easy. Park near the East Brady Playground, then walk down the past past the very expensive river houses. ;-) Finally you will find the trail. Pretty, easy, gentle walk.
