I ordered a DuraBull Multi-Sport through Ethan at J&J. There were a couple of hiccups in getting materials for the trailer and it took a bit longer than expected but Ethan kept me in the loop with everything that was going on and answered my many questions and option changes throughout the process. We also had a minor issue with a bad light on arrival but the staff at J&J bent over backwards for me to correct the issue. I can't say enough good things about this dealer. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone in the market for a new trailer.
