“It's a pretty decent place for a fill up. Although I was surprised to see that fuel prices are 5 cents or so more if you have to pay with a debit/credit card. I was actually tempted to drive across the street to get gas 5 cents cheaper. Other than that, I went inside to grab a quick drink. They had a good variety to choose from. The inside was clean, and everything seemed organized. The cashier was very kind and courteous. Overall my experience was a good one. Although if I'm getting gas, I'll probably just go across the street next time because I'm a cheapskate and don't want to pay an extra 5 cents for using debit.”

“I had reservations here for an overnight stay and due to many travel changes, I had to change the date of my stay several times. The woman that worked there was so incredibly flexible with my frequent changes. When I finally arrived and introduced myself I was greeted with a huge hug which made me feel wonderful after a long drive. I had a HUGE pull through site (I was only there 1 night). The campground is located in the beautiful Pennsylvania countryside. The view is amazing. The store at the campground has a little bit of everything you could possibly need (even cold drinks and ice cream). I would HIGHLY recommend Whispering Pines campground and I would absolutely stay there again.”
