(July 21, 2019, 7:10 am)Open canopy due to stunted growth forest limits shade. Generally narrow, fairly rocky, and downhill heading out. Coming back is uphill but with few rocks and a wide path. The trail has a couple interesting spots marked by stations that are explained on the downloadable trail map.
