We have had a tech here 4 times now, 3 different parts replaced so far, more are on order, and every time I email him, he is VERY quick to answer and resolve the issue. Even when it really did not pertain to him, I asked him about our security password and he was able to find it for us because our IT guy was on vacation. If he had not helped us the tech was going to wipe out the memory of the printer leaving us unable to use fax, scan, and who knows what else until someone from corporate could have made arrangements to get here to re-download all our information to it. I just felt he deserves a pat on the back.”
