Chris went out of his way to be flexible for when I could workout, and helped form a workout around my needs. He was adapted to how I responded to workouts and made sure that he was giving me the most value during my time in the gym. He never pushed me too hard, but still made sure that I was pushing my limits. I highly recommend chris and his gym to anyone who needs accountability and a change from your normal gym workout
