Zen Leaf West Chester

Nothing but good things to say! Never had one bad experience. Quick wait time (if any at all). Switched from Beyond Hello after many years. Eventually got fed up with their pretentious ridiculous policies. Manager and employees are totally incompetent and on a few occasions the drive thru cashiers giving me incorrect amount of change so they can pocket tips for themselves. Have had the miserable girls at the counter talk back to me multiple times. Do your self a favor and avoid Beyond Hello and give Zen Leaf a visit. Zen Leaf is top tier for sure.

Great shop, great selection. My only complaint is that there is no way to contact the store directly, it's handled by what seems like a call center, and seems too impersonal for this type of business. By no means is this a reason not to visit, but it does feel oddly disconnected.

What a wonderful experience! My first time there I sat with their pharmacist, Mina. She listened intently to my story of pain, made
suggestions, showed empathy and concern for what I have been going through. Mina later followed up by phone to see how I was feeling and how well the product was working for me. As an RN I could tell she was very knowledgeable and invested in my well-being. The facility is secure, immaculate and each person I interacted with there was respectful and pleasant. I highly recommend this facility and if you have any questions I know that Mina will be there to help you.
